Special Project: Chat-Bot "Your First Day in a Tech Company" Arrr Agency

Context 

A Telegram-based career simulator developed by Arrr Agency, allowing users to experience a first working day as a product manager, analyst, or developer at leading CIS tech companies — including Kaspersky, VK, Samokat, Rosbank, and PwC (TeDo).

The Work 

I wrote interactive scripts for 5 companies out of 15 featured in the simulator. For each scenario, I developed the decision logic (yes/no answer trees), mapped the customer journey (CJM), and built full response architecture. I also reviewed and assisted fellow scriptwriters with their scenarios.

Results 

1,000+ users completed the simulation. My scripts shipped with zero logic errors — the only issues across the project were technical bugs unrelated to content, flagged by the team as an exception compared to other contributors. The collaboration led to continued work with several of the partner companies.
